Hässleholm Riding Club is a member-driven riding club with employed staff and owned horses. We have approximately 300 members and about 200 riding sessions per week. We are located on the outskirts of Hässleholm – Ignaberga, with access to our own indoor riding arena of 20x60 m and an outdoor arena of about 25x40 m. There are paddocks and stables for 18 horses, all of which are part of the club's activities. The facility also hosts Hässleholm Voltige, which is active with its youth programs.

Hässleholm Riding Club is committed to developing and improving our operations so that all members, of all ages, feel welcome and to keep young people engaged in club life longer. We want to be an active meeting place where children and young people can develop together with horses and club friends in a safe and secure environment. We see ourselves as an important part of the local and municipal association life.

We are now looking for someone who wants to be a part of us, to develop and inspire riders in our riding school activities!

You who are applying for this position are responsible and have a strong focus on safety in the arena. We see that you have a healthy perspective on riding school activities, where the riding school is a meeting place for everyone and the well-being of the horse is central. It is desirable that you have some form of pedagogical education as a foundation, and we see it as a significant advantage if you have experience in similar work previously. Horse-related education through the Swedish Equestrian Federation and good riding skills are considered meritorious. The position can be adapted to your profile and our needs today and in the future.

Your tasks will be to lead and develop our riding students with varying levels of knowledge and ages. Primarily, we are looking for someone who can work on weekends, but there will also be opportunities to develop this over time, both in the evenings and during the day as needed. The association also has a fine riding program for children and adults with disabilities that we would like to develop in line with demand.

We follow the collective agreement for Riding Instructors, horse caretakers, and other staff at riding stable companies.
